FOR OWNER-OPERATORS AND PRIVATE HOUSEHOLDS

One person can have an organization’s worth of work.

You run the business. You keep the records. You manage the house. A Node handles the drafts, searches, comparisons, and small tools around that work—on a machine in your home or office.

01 / WHY LOCAL

THE WORK PILES UP.

ONE PERSON / THE WHOLE OPERATION

01

SCATTERED.

The work is spread across notes, PDFs, receipts, recordings, spreadsheets, and old folders. Every new job begins by finding the last one.

02

REPEATED.

Proposals, follow-ups, comparisons, checklists, and reports get rebuilt by hand. One person repeats work that a larger operation would hand to staff.

03

RENTED.

Cloud AI is inexpensive, but the account, limits, and working context belong to a vendor. A Node puts the machine, archive, and tools under your control.

02 / EXAMPLES

TWO COMMON JOBS

01

Sunday, 8:10 PM.

A proposal is due in the morning. The useful material is scattered across call notes, last year’s proposal, a pricing sheet, and a folder of finished work.

You load those files into the Node. It produces a first draft, a quote, and a delivery checklist from your own material. You review the work instead of rebuilding it from an empty page.

02

Saturday, 10:20 AM.

Three contractor bids describe the same project three different ways. The exclusions are buried, the allowances do not match, and the warranty terms live in separate attachments.

The Node produces a side-by-side comparison, marks what is missing, and prepares the questions to ask before you sign. The decision stays yours; the document work does not consume the weekend.

The same machine handles both sides of the week. You decide what enters the archive, and it stays in your home or office.

THE PRIVATE ARCHIVE

THE VALUE STAYS WITH YOU.

Keep the documents and reusable workflows you choose on your own machine: proposal templates, project records, manuals, household files, search indexes, and the small tools built around them.

The value accumulates because you keep adding organized files and working tools—not because a model silently trains on your life.

BEFORE YOU BUY / THE TEST

DOES IT EARN ITS PLACE?

NODE 01 plus continuing care totals $28,900 across three years. Set the value of one hour of your work. The number on the right is what the machine must return each month to justify itself.

PROVE IT FOR 30 DAYS
$150
BREAK-EVEN / MONTH5.4 HOURS

Bring a month of real proposals, records, spreadsheets, manuals, and notes to the pilot. If the Node cannot return the required time, do not buy it.

03 / WHAT YOU GET

THE NODE

A sealed machine in your home or office, configured and maintained by Splay. It searches the files you choose, drafts from them, compares records and spreadsheets, and writes small software for the work nobody else is coming to do.

It needs no cloud account and no internet connection. Family or staff on your local network can use it without another subscription. We maintain the machine without holding your files, and the documented setup belongs to you.

04 / WHAT IT DOES

DOCUMENTS, SOFTWARE, AND SEARCH.

A Node runs an AI model inside your building. Staff use it to draft documents, build small tools, and search files that cannot go to a public service.

01

WORKING SOFTWARE

Staff describe a small tool in plain English. The Node writes the code, and the tool runs on your network.

02

WEB PAGES

Intranet pages, forms, and working dashboards built from a plain description.

03

DOCUMENTS

Proposals, compliance matrices, SOPs, contract reviews, letters, and summaries in your templates.

04

DRAWINGS AND PHOTOS

A vision model can read scanned drawings and photos of parts.

Every Node supports the same types of work. Larger machines handle more users, larger models, or faster answers. The pilot lets you test one with your own work.

05 / THE MACHINES

THE MACHINES

Five standard machines and one custom build. Each runs on your network with no path to the internet. Hardware, capacity, and prices are listed on every card.

01START

NODE 01 serves 1-15 staff.

02JOIN

A second Spark and one cable turn NODE 01 into NODE 02.

03GROW

Two more make NODE 03. Nothing is replaced or migrated.

04CREDIT

What you paid counts in full from NODE 01 through NODE 03.

NODE 03 is built for more users. NODE 04 is built for faster answers. NODE 04 uses four RTX PRO 6000 cards, each with 1,792 GB/s of memory bandwidth. One Spark has 273 GB/s. Both can run GLM-5.2.

NODE 01 is the recommended start for an owner-operated business, home office, or private household. There are no usage charges or per-seat fees. If you outgrow it, Spark machines upgrade by joining, and what you paid credits in full through NODE 03.

HOW IT WORKS

01

THE CALL

A 20-minute call about your network, staff, and work.

02

THE SURVEY

A readiness survey at your facility. $2,400, credited in full against any machine.

03

THE PILOT

A pilot machine on your bench for 30 days. $2,000, credited in full. Then you decide.

A fleet of four pilot machines exists. Every machine is a copy of one documented setup, with a step-by-step manual; any competent IT shop could run it without us.

09 / FAQ

QUESTIONS

Why not just use ChatGPT?

Use a cloud assistant for public, occasional work. A Node is for the person who wants a private archive, local tools, and work that continues without an internet connection or vendor account. It is ownership, not the cheapest way to ask a question.

Will it control my house or log into my accounts?

No. A standard Node works with the files, scans, recordings, and exports you give it. It does not log into your bank, email, shopping, or smart-home accounts. Any future integration would be a separate, written scope.

Is it worth it for one person?

Only when that person carries serious recurring work: a business, a large private archive, expensive decisions, or projects that repeatedly consume hours. The 30-day pilot exists to measure that on your work before you buy.

Can my family or staff use it?

Yes. People on your local network can use the same machine, subject to the access rules you set. There is no added per-seat fee.

Does it replace my accountant, lawyer, or doctor?

No. It can organize records, prepare drafts, compare documents, and help you form better questions. Professional judgment and final review stay with you and the professionals you hire.

Can it write software?

Yes. Staff describe a tool in plain English and the machine writes the code. It works best for small internal tools and scripts. Large production systems still need a software team. The pilot lets you test it with your own work.

Who runs it after the install?

Your IT does, with our manual. Every machine is a copy of one documented setup. If you would rather we watch it, managed care starts at $600 a month and year one is included with every machine.

What happens if Splay disappears?

You own the machine outright, and the whole setup is written down, step by step. Any competent IT shop could run it without us.

Can we try it before we buy it?

A pilot machine sits on your bench for 30 days for $2,000, credited in full against any machine. So is the $2,400 readiness survey.

What does it cost to add a seat?

$0. The machine is the cost. NODE 01 serves 1 to 15 staff; when you outgrow a machine you buy the next machine, not the next license.

How many people can use it at once?

Each person uses the Node over your network. What limits a machine is how many answers it writes at the same time. NODE 01 is bench-measured at ten simultaneous conversations. Larger machines serve more people, and Splay sets the working memory during installation so the machine stays responsive.

What happens when we outgrow it?

You add machines. A second Spark turns NODE 01 into NODE 02; four Sparks make NODE 03. What you paid is credited in full from NODE 01 through NODE 03. Credits toward NODE 04 and NODE 09 are set by quote.

Do you see our data?

No. The machine has no path out to the internet, and your files stay in your building. Custom models are tuned and tested on your hardware, and support visits happen on-site, at the rate on the card.

Why are your prices public?

So buyers can compare the machines before a call. Model scores come from a public index, and the raw scores are printed on the page. Every price carries its edition date: July 22, 2026.
